# User Experience

This guide walks you through the PredictEX trading experience, from browsing games to placing your first leveraged bet.

**All Games**

The All Games page is your home screen. Here you will find every active and upcoming market organized by league. Each game card shows the two teams, game time, American or Decimal odds, and implied probability for each side.

Use the league icons in the left sidebar to filter by sport (MLB, NBA, NHL, NFL, EPL, etc.). Games marked "Pre-Game" are available for trading up to 12 hours before tip off or first pitch, and will transition to live in-game trading once the event begins.

**Game View and Placing a Trade**

Click on any game to open the detailed game view. This screen has two main sections:

On the left side, you will see the matchup header showing both teams, the current score, and game time. Below that is the odds chart, which tracks each team's win probability over time. You can toggle between a 1H, 2H, 4H, and the full history using the buttons. The chart updates in real time as odds shift during the game.

On the right side is the trading panel, labeled PredictEX Market. A green "<mark style="color:$success;">Market Normal</mark>" badge indicates the market is healthy and open for trading. A "<mark style="color:$warning;">Market Uncertain</mark>" badge indicates there is volatility where you may want to wait to get a better fill. A "<mark style="color:$danger;">Bet Stop</mark>" badge means you cannot place a bet at that time. Here is where you place your prediction:

**1. Pick your side.** Select which team you think will win by clicking one of the two team buttons at the top of the panel. Each button shows the team's current implied probability.

**2. Choose your bet amount.** Enter the amount you want to risk in USD or use the slider to set a percentage of your available balance. The panel shows the remaining exchange capacity which indicates the maximum bet size at any given moment.&#x20;

**3. Set your Boost.** Select your Boost or "Leverage" level with the slider up to 100%. When you increase the boost, your Knockout Level increases as does your Max Payout. At 0% Boost, there is no Knockout Price and your bet will be settled at the end of the game. At 100% Boost, your Knockout Price will be close to your Entry Price.&#x20;

**4. Make your bet.** Hit the blue "Make prediction" button to submit your trade. Your position is opened instantly through the AMM at the current market price.

**Managing Your Positions**

After placing a trade, scroll down below the game view to find the Positions panel or click the tab on the left "My Positions".

Positions shows your current open trades. For each position you can see:

• The team you are backing

• Your current "Cash-Out Value," which is how much a user would receive if they closed their position at the given time.&#x20;

• Number of contracts held

• Boost or Unboosted

• Entry Price

• Est. Close Price (Current Price)

• Knockout or "Liquidation Price": if the odds move against you to this level, your position will be automatically closed.

• Cost Basis: the amount of collateral securing your position, including your boost level

You can close your position at any time by clicking the close icon, or click "Go to game" to jump back to the live odds chart.

Open Orders shows any pending orders that have not yet been filled.

**Trade History**

On the right side of the positions panel, the Trade History feed shows a chronological log of all your activity: openings, realized PnL, and liquidations (trades automatically closed/knocked out). Each entry shows the team, timestamp, number of contracts, boost, price, and cash flow. This gives you a complete record of your trading performance at a glance.
