# Security

PredictEX’s Exchange contract has been audited by <mark style="color:yellow;">Clarified Labs.</mark>

PredictEX as the exchange operator has no special privileges outside of operating the AMM and CLOB infrastructure. This means as long as there is sufficient liquidity on the other side of the market, positions can be entered / exited at any time during an event, by any market participant irrespective of prior performance (no more getting deplatformed for prior success).

PredictEX as an exchange operator is never able to set prices for users, or execute any trade on the user's behalf.
